This position focuses primarily on serving tourists who rent cars, 4x4s, or trailers, catering to their diverse needs and promoting our offerings across various industries.
1. Key Responsibilities:
1.1 Business Development:
Source new business opportunities, particularly by promoting our services to tour operators in Namibia and other regions.
Actively engage in networking and sourcing initiatives to expand our client base.
1.2 Client Servicing:
Provide excellent service to existing clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
Act as a brand ambassador at trade shows and local expos to enhance brand visibility and attract potential clients.
1.3 Client Interaction:
Meet with clients to understand their requirements and recommend suitable rental options, drawing from a comprehensive knowledge of our fleet and experiences offered by other suppliers.
Host visiting tour groups from abroad, facilitating their car rental experience and ensuring a seamless journey.
1.4 Relationship Building:
Develop and nurture stakeholder relationships, including partnerships with tourism organizations to foster mutually beneficial collaborations.
1.5 Client Satisfaction:
Ensure exceptional client satisfaction by delivering high-quality car rental services and promptly resolving any issues or breakdowns that may occur during their rental period.
1.6 Collaboration:
Work closely with internal client service teams to facilitate smooth check-ins, check-outs, and overall customer experiences.
Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing relevant technology and applications to streamline processes and enhance customer service.
