Parts Sales Consultant - Goldwagen  Ondangwa

1. Main Function of the Role

The primary responsibility of the Parts Sales Consultant is to provide exceptional service to customers by assisting them with parts inquiries, quotations, and sales. The role includes fostering strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.

 

2. Key Performance Areas

  • Counter and Tele Sales:
    • Assist all customers promptly and professionally at the counter and via telephone.
    • Prepare accurate and efficient quotations and invoices for various parts.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Manage and maintain individual customer profiles to ensure personalized service.
    • Build and sustain long-term, valuable relationships with customers, including panel beaters and other clients.
  • Achieving Sales Targets:
    • Drive sales to meet and exceed assigned targets.
    • Implement strategies to achieve exceptional levels of customer satisfaction through service excellence.

 

3. Qualifications and Experience

  • Grade 12 (High School Certificate).
  • Computer literate with proficiency in relevant systems and tools.
  • Namibian citizenship.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar sales role.
  • Fluency in English (a second language will be an advantage).
  • Valid driver’s license (advantageous).
