1. Main Function of the Role

The primary purpose of this role is to drive sales through excellent customer service and relationship management. The incumbent will serve as a key contact point for customers, providing them with quotations, processing invoices, and ensuring their satisfaction by addressing their specific needs efficiently and effectively. The role also involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships while meeting sales targets and upholding the company's commitment to service excellence.

2. Key Performance Areas

  • Counter and Tele Sales
    • Assist all customers with inquiries and sales, both at the counter and over the phone, ensuring prompt and professional service.
    • Prepare accurate and efficient quotations and invoices for various parts as requested by customers.
  • Customer Relationship Management
    • Manage and maintain individual customer profiles, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
    • Build and nurture lasting and valuable relationships with all customers, including panel beaters and retail clients.
  • Target Achievement
    • Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive engagement and support to customers.
    • Foster customer satisfaction by consistently delivering service excellence and adhering to the company’s fundamental policies.

3. Qualifications and Experience

  • Educational Requirements:
    • Grade 12 (Matriculation Certificate).
  • Experience:
    • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar sales or customer service role.
  • Other Requirements:
    • Namibian citizenship.
    • Computer literacy is essential.
    • Fluent in English, with proficiency in a second language considered an advantage.
    • A valid driver’s license will be an advantage.
