1. Main Function of the Role

The primary function of this role is to provide young graduates with an opportunity to participate in an Internship and/or Graduate Program with reputable and well-established organizations in Namibia. The program is designed to offer dynamic learning experiences that expose participants to various aspects of the organization's operations. Interns or graduates will contribute to real-world projects, collaborate with diverse teams, and acquire practical industry knowledge. This role aims to support professional development, enhance skill sets, and foster a deep understanding of the industry landscape.

3. Qualifications and Experience

  • Qualifications: A recent graduate or current student with a degree or diploma in a relevant field.
  • Experience: While prior experience is not mandatory, any previous internships, part-time roles, or project involvement in a related industry will be considered beneficial. A passion for the field and a willingness to learn are crucial.
