Job Purpose:

The Internal Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that strengthen the company’s internal brand, and employee culture. This role ensures that every internal campaign, activation, reflects the company’s values, aligns with business objectives, and fosters a sense of pride and belonging among employees.

Key Responsibilities

Internal Brand Strategy

  • Develop and implement the internal marketing Β strategy in line with overall brand and business goals.
  • Drive consistent messaging across all internal channels β€” HUB, email, posters, screensavers, events, newsletters, and digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with leadership, Β Operations (UK, AUS and USA), all Support Departments to drive and execute key initiatives ( Client Branding, Visits, Launchs, values rollouts, CSR projects, wellness programs, etc.).
  • Maintain brand consistency and visual identity across all internal materials.

Β 

CSR and Special Projects

  • Lead concept development, creative briefing, and execution of internal campaigns and Marketing CSR initiatives such as 1 Agent 1 Child, Run Home and Read, Building Blitz, and other community-impact projects.
  • Collaborate with CSR partners, schools, and external stakeholders to ensure brand alignment and sustainable impact.
  • Collaborate Β with other departments to, manage timelines, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and measurable impact.
  • Work closely with designers, videographers, and content creators to produce high-quality materials.

Learning, Training & Development Support

  • Design and support e-Learning modules, training content, and facilitator materials to align with internal campaigns and company values.
  • Partner with L&D/ L&OD/ Strive other departments that require e-learning to also ensure learning materials reflect brand tone, visuals, and key messaging
  •  Manage design and production timelines for training-related content.

Content Creation & Storytelling ( Operations and Support dept.).

  • Create compelling content that showcases success stories, leadership messages, and employee experiences.
  • Manage the development of, internal videos (QBR, Events etc), posters, and social content that celebrate people and culture.
  • Develop branded site materials such as wall graphics, posters, and office dΓ©cor ( Campaign Specific) to strengthen culture and engagement across locations.
  • Align storytelling to company pillars such as People, Purpose, Performance, and Innovation.
  • Measurement, Reporting & Supplier Management
  • Gather employee insights to continuously improve internal marketing strategies.
  • Maintain positive relationships with suppliers, printers, and production partners, ensuring quality delivery and cost efficiency.
  • Oversee procurement of marketing collateral Β for Nutun as as well as for campaigns and manage vendor performance.
  • Present Strategies and feedback (based on Business priorities)
  • Represent and present in People Manco ( updates and Timelines)

  • Strong understanding of branding, internal communications, and employee engagement strategies.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder coordination abilities.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and visual detail.
  • Skilled in digital communication tools (e.g., Canva, MS PowerPoint, internal social platforms, etc.).
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Branding or related field.
  • 5+ years’ experience in internal marketing, employee engagement, or brand communications (preferably in a corporate or BPO environment).
  • Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), Canva, must have knowledge of LMS, Articulate and i-learn.
  • Proven experience in creative content and learning production.
  • Be able to create video’s when needed internally.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with all departments
