What will you do?
Botswana Life aims to understand the unique requirements of its clients and offers a wide range of products and services that suit client’s needs. As a Direct Independent Contractor, you represent and sell Botswana Life insurance products and services to the high-net-worth market.
Important aspects to know.
- It is a commission-based profession and has no basic salary
- Requires minimum of 1year of insurance sales experience
- A Diploma in Insurance/ Financial Planning
- Certificate of proficiency (long-term)
- Be computer proficient
- Owning a digital gadget and having a car are key added advantages.
- Understanding of the business environment
- It requires sourcing of clients outside of the office
- It requires passion for sales, desire to network and meet new people
- looking after the financial needs of the client acquired;
- Confident, assertiveness and ability to influence
