HUMAN CAPITAL OFFICER

The role is responsible for the equitable implementation of the BOL general terms and conditions of employment; payroll and benefits administration; employee engagement as well as the efficient delivery of HR services which will contribute towards the development and retention of a skilled, adaptive, motivated and productive workforce.

Position Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management/ Industrial Psychology/ Social Sciences or any related field.
  • At least three (3) years of relevant work experience, preferably in a comparable organisation.
