This approach involves independent sales representatives who personally showcase the products, highlighting their features and benefits, to potential buyers. KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS AND OBJECTIVES: SALES: Generate new leads to build a sales pipeline which will increase revenue. Upselling and cross-selling of products to existing and new customers. Product line based on kitchenware Sell pre-determined / combination packages to customers daily Direct sales - selling products directly to client using display items, brochures and leaflets Generate sales to reach monthly set targets. Conduct daily sales activities to grow the revenue stream and help reach monthly turnover targets (i.e., make appointments; networking, etc.). Ensure presentations are booked daily to achieve, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Responsible for generating sales in geographical areas as identified by the Regional Sales Manager. This position is for the areas Paulpitersburg, Vryheid, Ulundi and Nongoma. Typical clients will include employees working at Government institutions, e.g. Schools, clinics, etc. CLIENT ADMINISTRATION Respond quickly and efficiently to all sales enquiries and escalate where required. Follow-up on sales enquiries daily. Build and maintain a good working relationship with customers. Assist with customer administration processes. Conduct business in a professional manner when communicating and interacting with clients to ensure client satisfaction. Prepare an appropriate sales approach for different audiences, including presentations and discussions. Schedule appointments for presentations and discussions with clients. Monitor the conversion process with adequate communication and feedback to potential clients. Ensure after sales service for customers (deliveries; product satisfaction; customer accounts).
