ROLE SUMMARY

The E Commerce Administrator will manage the administration of sales activity and identify gaps and challenges with proposed solutions. They will be required to drive new sales and increase sales revenue and provide live chat support to customers, be assertive and flexible and ensure the appropriate advice is given.

 

QUALIFICATIONS
 
  • Minimum: Grade 12 or equivalent NQF level 4
  • RE5 certificate
  • FAIS qualifications and credits
  • NCA Accredited
  • Continuous CPD points as legally required
 
EXPERIENCE

  • 3 to 5 years general administrative experience.
  • Agent front-end (in house system) experience would be advantageous.

 

UNDERSTANDING

 

  • Competent knowledge of MS Office Suite
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Financial acumen
 
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
 
  • Ordering: Orders Confirmed, tracking PDD dates, advising Sales Execs of any shifts thereof.
  • Verify BTO orders against actual submissions.
  • Logistics: Confirming Delivery Locations.
  • Advising Sales Executives of delivery dates and vehicle movement statuses.
  • Advising once vehicles have arrived at the delivery location.
  • Payments:  Liaising with accounts department to ensure payments are reflected in the account.
  • Obtaining release note documents and counter signature by the eCommerce team for release.
  • Further liaise with the accounts department in line with reservation requirements.
  • Arranging deliveries.
  • Contacting Delivery agent to finalize delivery dates.
  • Finalizing PDIs (Post Delivery Inspections).
  • Notify Sales Executives when the delivery will happen or any delays thereof.
  • Post-Delivery:
  • Deal file creation and uploading to system.
  • Confirming Sales Card captures.
  • Communicate with supply chain management, logistics-, accounts departments, agents and eCommerce team.
