Nova Human Capital Solutions are specialists in the field of HR and Payroll outsourcing. We are looking for a dynamic Learner that is looking to obtain exposure in Business Administration.
Description
A Learnership is a structured learning programme for gaining knowledge and practical skills in the workplace leading to a qualification, registered on the National Qualification Framework.
The purpose of the Learnership is to provide learners with a foundation of basic business administration knowledge and skills in effective record management, business writing, problem solving, ethics and project teamwork. The Qualification enables the learner to specialise in areas of Administration such as Reception, Executive Administration, Financial Literacy, Relationship Management, Legal Knowledge, Communication, Project Administration and Support, Call Centre Administration and Human Resources.
The duration of a Learnership is twelve months.
STIPEND: R 5000.00 per month
QUALIFICATIONS
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Computer Literate with some working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Practical Experience will be advantageous
- Clear background (criminal and credit) check results
- Candidate must not be employed or currently studying full time
- Candidate must not have been enrolled for or completed the same Learnership previously
