The ideal candidate would be responsible for:

• The coordination between the Contract Growers and the  in our Standerton operations (including own Broiler Farms).

The successful candidate must meet the following requirements:

• NDip. Animal Production or B. Agric / B. SC Agric or other relevant tertiary qualification;
• Strong administrative skills reliant upon accurate record keeping;
• Management to achieve targets and objectives within a highly pressurized environment;
• Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point and Word) and  proficiency in both English and Afrikaans are essential to this position;
• Be in possession of a valid drivers’ license;
• Exceptional managerial competencies and excellent people skills;
• Self-motivated and energetic with at least 5 years relevant experience in Broiler Production;
• Must be figure oriented;
• It is essential that the candidate have a passion for implementing 20 Keys.
