The ideal candidate would be responsible for:

• Maintaining and execution of planned maintenance systems;
• Project Management of all new installations, equipment and upgrading’s;
• Managing of vehicle fleet in the department;
• Stock and cost management of maintenance store;
• Risk Management;
• OSHACT management of department;
• Compilation and management of yearly budgets for department;
• Manage, train and motivation of personnel;
• Manage contractors;
• Daily farm visits to inspect buildings, and to assure quality of maintenance standards.

 

The successful candidate must meet the following requirements:

• Minimum N3 qualification;
• Be in possession of a trade certificate as an Electrician or Millwright;
• Have at least 3 to 5 years relevant experience as an Artisan;
• Must be prepared to work standby;
• Must be computer literate;
• It is essential that the candidate have good administrative and communication skills;
• A valid code 08 drivers license is essential;
• Exceptional managerial competencies and excellent people skills;
• It is essential that the candidate have a passion for implementing 20Keys.
