The ideal candidate would be responsible for:
- Update and maintain the asset type tree;
- Plan and schedule maintenance tasks;
- Coordinate the execution of the maintenance tasks;
- Issue job cards to maintenance teams;
- Capture job cards;
- Ensure weekly maintenance KPI’s are achieved;
- Manage outsourced maintenance;
- Work closely with maintenance foreman and be part of root cause analysis process.
- Work closely with the Pragma asset care engineer regarding assets, task changes and
- Participate in the 20 keys improvement system;
The successful candidate ideally would meet the following requirements:
- Grade 12 and Maintenance planning qualification with Pragma;
- A minimum of 3 years’ relevant maintenance planning and scheduling experience with Pragma in a production environment;
- Valid driver’s license;
- Good planning and reporting skills;
- Good understanding of the company’s quality systems, risk management and continuous business improvement rules at all times;
- Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office;
- Assertive, self – motivated with strong supervisory skills;
- A high level of personal and professional integrity;
- 20 Keys knowledge;
