Investigate and advise on the technical aspects of customer and consumer complaints. Investigate and assist where necessary, all incidents that may occur on site. Maintain FSSC 22000 certification through assurance of effective implementation of all standard requirements. Report any Food Safety, Health & Safety or OHS risks to the COO. Manage internal and external audits within agreed and required time frames, distribute plans of action and manage these to effective implementation and verification of close out. Manage verifications and recalls in accordance with internal and customer requirements. Implement and maintain the 20 Keys Continues Improvement Program. Monitoring service levels from service providers and acting on service providers not meeting the SLAβs. National Diploma or Degree in Safety and Risk Management or an equivalent qualification. Certificate in Advanced OSH Act or relevant qualification. Certified FSSC 22000 V6 training. Certified ISO 45001 training. Certified ISO 14001 training. At least 5 yearsβ managerial experience in a similar role relevant to work in an integrated food processing environment. Proficiency in MS Office. A valid code 08 driving license and own reliable transport. It would be advantageous to have: Animal Welfare training. Qualified Poultry Meat Inspector. Auditor training - ISO Standards. Incident and Accident investigation training. Experience in the field of biodiversity, conservation and alien vegetation control. Exposure to SAMTRAC. Experience in the operation of water and wastewater treatment. Previous exposure to or knowledge of ammonia refrigeration systems, electrical systems, IR Thermography, plumbing, fire defence, civils and construction. A good comprehension of a second official language. Experience in IR procedures.
