The Pursuits Specialist supports business growth by developing high-quality proposals and bid strategies, managing the entire bid process, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role ensures delivery of compelling and competitive bids that align with client needs and strategic goals, working closely with Global Sales and South African teams to drive business success.

Minimum experience required:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in bid management, business development, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and winning complex bids and pursuits.
• Experience in BPO, Customer Experience or Collections space
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
