We are a people focused business that provides outsourced contact centre solutions and specializes in customer life cycle management. Our people are our most important asset. Nutun CX is currently seeking a creative and driven individual to fulfill the role of a Team Leader.  

Job Role:

  • Lead, coach and develop a team of advisors to achieve business targets
  • Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
  • Drive employee engagement and wellness 

Requirements:

  • Matric is essential
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Team Leader in a Customer Service environment
  • Previous collection, banking, financial services, or mortgage experience as a Team Leader is advantageous
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Clear Credit and Criminal 
  • Ability to work shifts (US)

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor team performance, take accountability and report on metrics
  • Discover training needs and provide coaching to maximize advisors’ potential
  • Ensure compliance in service policies, procedures, and operating plans
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with good problem-solving skills
  • Risk analysis and change management
