Optimi is looking for a driven and innovative individual to join our team as the Employee Engagement & Development Specialist. The ideal candidate should be agile and possess excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills, with a passion for driving employee engagement and company culture.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR/Industrial Psychology or related field.

• Three years experience in employee engagement and development.

• Sound knowledge of the BCEA, LRA, and other relevant legislation.

• Exposure to HR/Payroll software.

• Flexible and able to deploy innovative solutions.

DUTIES

• Implement the employee engagement and development strategy in line with best practices.

• Manage the induction and onboarding of new employees, employee communication, and events

• Drive the overall Optimi culture through various engagement initiatives.

• Maintain and communicate HR policies.

• Drive the employee learning and development strategy.

• Drive overall HR statutory compliance.

• Provide support on Industrial Relations matters.

• Responsible for the WSP submissions.
