DUTIES Support the recruitment needs of all stakeholders Manage and foster continuous growth within the Talent Acquisition team Provide weekly and monthly reports Continuously enhance the recruitment process to align with industry best practices. Facilitate Psychometric assessments Drive exceptional candidate experience Stay up to date with the company policies and keeping abreast of and driving best practices Build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders and provide expert Collaborate closely with the larger HR team and assist the Head of HR when required.
