Optimi is currently looking for a driven and innovative individual to join our team as the Talent Acquisition Manager. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated and adaptable, with exceptional problem-solving abilities and strong interpersonal skills.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
  • Five years experience in recruitment
  • Familiarity with recruitment legislation
  • Exposure to various career portals
  • Ability to handle and prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

 

DUTIES

  • Support the recruitment needs of all stakeholders
  • Manage and foster continuous growth within the Talent Acquisition team
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports
  • Continuously enhance the recruitment process to align with industry best practices.
  • Facilitate Psychometric assessments
  • Drive exceptional candidate experience
  • Stay up to date with the company policies and keeping abreast of and driving best practices
  • Build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders and provide expert
  • Collaborate closely with the larger HR team and assist the Head of HR when required.

 

The position is based in Centurion (hybrid).
