The ideal candidate should possess a high level of proficiency, exceptional communication skills and a keen eye for detail in contract drafting and vetting. REQUIREMENTS LLB Candidate must have 3-5 years post-qualification experience at a high-quality law firm and/or corporate environment. High command of the English language. Must be detail-orientated and analytical. DUTIES Ensure that legal contracts are reviewed and processed within the agreed upon SLA. Accurate data capturing of contract details in the system. Conduct detailed reviews of legal contracts, highlighting key terms and potential risks. Regularly monitor compliance with legal agreements and contractual obligations. Prepare reports on compliance status and provide management with insights. Proactively identify potential legal issues and develop strategies for resolution. Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and legal notices. Provide legal advice and guidance on contractual matters. Handle and resolve legal disputes in a timely and effective manner. Implement preventive measures to minimise contractual disputes. Conduct risk assessments related to contracts and legal agreements. Act as a liaison between the legal department and other departments. Support the legal team with information gathering on legal matters and potential legal actions.
