Optimi College is looking to hire a detail-oriented and meticulous individual to join the team as a Learning Delivery Manager. The ideal candidate should have excellent people management skills and be able to lead and motivate team members. The role requires working in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines, and producing high-quality work.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree relevant to the position.
  • 10 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High proficiency in English, both verbal and written communication.
  • Must have Education sector and Learning Sciences experience.

DUTIES

  • Coordinate and maintain data archives relevant to teaching and learning and student success in close collaboration with other departments responsible for academic administration and data records.
  • Attend workshops that will assist in developing new teaching models that will address the future needs of education, such as increased independent learning and critical thinking among lecturers and coordinators.
  • Manage the day-to-day lecturer and coordinator support and development.
  • Support the Academic Committees on matters relating to teaching, learning and technology.
  • Report on data analytics to track student success and progression.
  • Demonstrate collegiality, creativity, entrepreneurial spirit, and team leadership in performing duties.
  • Work closely with the Accreditation and QA Specialist to ensure that Quality assurance of teaching and learning practice is implemented.
