Have extensive subject knowledge as well as good teaching and assessment skills. Experience with online teaching (will be advantageous when applying for the position). Computer literacy is essential: MS Suite, Google Forms. Fluent in Afrikaans and English. DUTIES Teach learners based on national curriculum guidelines within your specialised subject areas. Plan, prepare and deliver lessons. Encourage learner participation in lessons and other online school-related activities. Investigate, research, suggest, apply and advise on new trends, products and technologies relevant to the allocated phase(s) of education. Collaborate with parents/guardians, support workers, and other professionals to ensure the educational welfare of statemented students with educational needs.
