Optimi is looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Temporary Home DebiCheck Consultant. The ideal candidate should be able to thrive in a dynamic environment and have strong adaptability skills to navigate changes effortlessly.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Grade 12.
  • Sales or marketing qualification.
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
  • Proficiency in English both verbal and written communication.

DUTIES

  • Check the mandates on reports at the beginning and end of the day and with data files.

  • Monitor and manage related messages.
  • Make daily calls to customers to accept debicheck mandates.
  • Initiate mandates where required.
  • Identify and escalate any issues that require intervention to systems.
  • Follow inbound and outbound call scripts provided and in line with the QA scorecard.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction is maintained and takes the highest priority.
  • Identify opportunities to increase sales and upsell our Optimi Plus store products or any of our Optimi offerings.
  • Ensure timely, complete, and accurate reporting to head office on sales targets and conversion ratios.
  • Report on trends and insights influencing sales activities.
  • Provide feedback on any areas for process optimisation.
  • Stay updated on applicable sales software with recent information, activities, and actions.
  • Create and share daily reporting with the team.
  • Assist colleagues with overflow work, including leads and tickets.
  • Provide direct assistance to a senior manager with additional admin tasks.
  • Reassign unassigned tickets and leads.
