Optimi is looking to hire a highly motivated individual to join the team as a Temporary Home Sales Consultant. The ideal candidate should be able to work in a dynamic environment and be adaptable to change.

REQUIREMENTS

• Grade 12
• A sales or marketing qualification
• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office
• Proficiency in English both verbal and written communication

DUTIES

• Be adaptable in the sales process when dealing with different types of clients and scenarios.
• Gain a solid understanding of the client's requirements.
• Convert sales leads within a reasonable time and in line with monthly sales targets.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales.
• Manage outbound campaigns including, but not limited to, fin awaiting, debicheck and retentions.
• Adhere to inbound and outbound call scripts provided, following the QA scorecard guidelines.
• Ensure customer satisfaction is maintained and takes the highest priority.
• Assist walk-in clients, including both individuals and tutor centre representatives.
• Assist with off-site sales events such as Mall and Home Expos.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales and upsell our Optimi Plus store products or any of our Optimi offerings.
• Retain the current revenue stream using call campaigns and continuous contact with clients.
• Collect information about potential customer complaints and escalate issues as necessary.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
• Handle all work items with efficiency and prioritise workload in order of importance.
• Manage all incoming calls and dedicate time to outbound call campaigns.
• Report back on trends and provide insights that will influence sales activities.
• Complete any other assigned tasks.
• Attend internal training sessions.
