The ideal candidate should have people management experience with the ability to work in a dynamic environment. REQUIREMENTS A degree in Marketing/related qualification. At least 5 years of experience in marketing Minimum of 3 years experience at a senior marketing coordinator level Proficiency in full MS Office suite Familiarity with Project Management and relevant productivity tools and apps Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written Graphic design experience would be an added advantage. A valid driver's license and own vehicle would be an added advantage. DUTIES Ensure and manage consistency of the tone and brand messaging across the channel. Liaise with communications and digital departments in overseeing brand representation. Ensure that brand representation is in line with organisational strategic objectives. Manage, plan, and execute events. Partner with other stakeholders in developing marketing and communication strategies and in implementing them within specific divisions. Budget and cost manage the marketing and communication plans/activities. Create and update the annual external and internal marketing schedule according to the strategy and budget. Manage resources including but not limited to external marketing suppliers and marketing material. Monitor and administrate the marketing & communications systems. Regular reporting to senior management and other departments on marketing projects. Manage and report departmental KPA’s and KPI’s as well as performance whilst promoting and role modeling Optimi culture & values. Ad-hoc support to management and others on matters relating to marketing, communication, and business development. The position is based in Rivonia.
