Purpose of the role:

Rainbow Chicken is actively on the lookout for a general worker within the KZN Agriculture space.

Qualification & Experience:

• Grade 12 (or equivalent literacy and numeric level)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Ensuring that the offices are always clean and hygienic.
• Perform all job tasks with accuracy and speed.
• Be an integral part of a high-performance team.
• Compliance to all Health and Safety standards.
• Good customer service, making tea for visitors and staff when required.
• Ensuring offices are always neat and tidy.
• Assisting with filing paperwork on a Monday.
• Setting up the boardroom for meetings. (Tea/coffee/breakfast/lunch)
• Ensuring the boardroom is always neat and tidy for Ad Hoc meetings
• Emptying the bins in all offices including HR offices.
• Mopping/sweeping/washing of windows/vacuuming offices/cleaning of blinds.
• Applying Bio-lime at the boomgate.
• Cleaning the laundry room.
• Preparing all the bin bags for Hopgood to collect the dirt.
• Ensuring the rest rooms are always clean at the offices and the training room.
• SSR ordering
• Ad Hoc duties assigned from time to time
• Working every alternate weekend at the egg reject room.
• Assisting casuals with PPE when requested
• Ordering and having enough PPE for all management
• Cleaning carport areas, the road in the vicinity of the office, stores up to HR building
