REQUIREMENTS

Minimum

  • HR related tertiary qualification (Diploma or Degree)
  • Matric
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Clear credit and criminal record
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Human Resources Generalist / Officer role
  • Proven knowledge and experience working with CCMA

Advantageous

  • Experience with Sage 300
  • HR experience within a BPO

 RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Onboarding & induction of new starters
  • Ensure compliance with labour legislation and company policies and procedures
  • Ensure consistent and fair application of the code of conduct
  • Provide extensive daily IR & disciplinary support and advice to operational leaders
  • Handling employee queries and complaints
  • Provide general HR advice and guidance as required
  • Maintain employee files & records
  • Compile HR reports when necessary
