Quality Assurance Assessor.

What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like:

📞 You will be working as a Quality Assurance Advisor in the very important Quality Department assessing calls and dealing with various stakeholders in the operation to ensure the quality metrics are all met day in day out.

📞 You will be working as a quality assurance assessor in the quality department. You will be ensuring that all calls are up to Sigma and client quality ensuring all quality processes are followed. And all coaching methods are in place to ensure consistency in quality.

🤩 You are an existing EON Next Credit advisor who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. You are forward thinking and driven to always be your best. You thrive off genuinely wanting to help people with their problems, and have great listening skills, communication, and empathy. You are confident when interacting with people and assessing and listening to calls analytically. You embrace change and are comfortable working both individually and as part of a team. As you work toward KPIs, you invite feedback and are a positive thinker. Full training is given, and coaching continues throughout your career. We don’t expect you to have all the knowledge, but we do ask that you have a willingness to learn and an ambition to shine! If you have the attributes above, you are going to love it here!

Minimum Requirements:

  • You are signed off probation
  • You have a Clear IR Record
  • You have been meeting KPI's for the last 6 months
  • You are a current/existing EON Next employee
  • You are 12 months or more within your current role
  • You have been exposed to Quality Assurance and  Quality Coaching

And that’s it, if successful you’ll be given a start date and contacted by our amazing onboarding team to get you ready for day 1.
