What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like:

Β π»You will be working fulltime in office on a Financial Services campaign alongside management within the department. Youβll be utilising both individual and group coaching sessions to embed learning and facilitate discussion around key topic areas. You will develop and implement customised coaching plans based on the needs and goals of each team member, focusing on areas such as call quality, customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies and procedures. You will monitor live calls to observe and assess agent competence, identifying opportunities for improvement, and provide real-time coaching and support. You will review recorded calls to evaluate consistency of competence, identifying opportunities for improvement and support. You will Conduct role-playing exercises and simulations to practice and reinforce effective communication and problem-solving. You will analyse data and performance trends to identify common challenges or areas where additional training or process improvements may be needed. You will provide ongoing support and guidance to team members, including motivation, encouragement, and recognition of achievements. You will maintain status of knowledge expert through self-learning both internal material (product, process, and policy) and external best practices in coaching and learning interventions.
