Client Trainer - VBG Moneybarn

What Your Day-to-Day will Look Like:
📞 You will be working fulltime in office on the VBG - Moneybarn campaign alongside management within the VBG Moneybarn department.You will have experience in delivering presentations or leading discussions is desirable. You will have strong working knowledge of the client’s processes, expectations and systems - campaign specific. You will of consistently achieve quantitative and qualitative performance measures. You have successfully passed your probation period – consistently meeting all performance metrics.

🤩 You are an existing/current employee on the VBG Moneybarn campaign who is passionate about delivering exceptional outcomes. You ensure that all require preparation is completed ahead of an induction group starting, including booking resources, liaising with members of the operational management team and reviewing all learning content. You are competent in record keeping throughout induction training including absence, training and competency records. You are committed in monitoring the behaviour of learners throughout induction training and escalating any issues to the appropriate person.
📖 You have a fantastic eye for detail, and are adaptable to work in an ever changing environment. You are forward thinking and driven to always be your best. You thrive off genuinely wanting to help people, and have great listening skills, communication and empathy. You can demonstrate that you have been hitting target on your KPI's for the past 6 months at least, and have a clear attendance and IR record. You are comfortable working both individually and as part of a team. If you have the attributes above, you are going to love being a client trainer!
Minimum Requirements:
- Effective communication skills (verbal, written and presentation)
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure in an ever-changing environment
- Mon - Sat (shifts are rotational)
- Must be an existing/current employee on the VBG Moneybarn campaign
- Signed-off probation
- KPI’s met for the last 6 months
- Clear IR record
- Must have 6 months or more experience within the VBG campaign
