Role Purpose

The Reconciliation Administrator will support the Production Department by precisely reconciling production runs and delivering reliable reports to Producers on their fruit packed. By enabling data-driven decision-making, this role contributes directly to helping Ceres Fruit Growers achieve its operational and organisational goals.

Qualifications

• B.Com Degree (Cost Accounting/ Finance) or related qualification.

Experience

• Proven experience and management of data interpretation and analysis.
• 2 - 4 years relevant experience preferably in the same or similar work environment.
• Working knowledge of a stock management system.

Skills

• Attention to detail, with a high level of accuracy.
• Analytical with a critical approach to problem-solving.
• Above average computer literacy.
• Perform well under pressure with the ability to take initiative and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Production run reconciliation and reporting, includes the reconciliation of packing information and packing activities per Producer and fruit variety.
• Provide accurate and timeous reports to the relevant Stakeholders.
• Administration and reconciliation of all external packing activities, reconciled per Producer and fruit variety
• Oversee and ensure the accurate intake and record keeping of pallet movements and packing activities on the production management system.
