Role Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Understand clients’ insurance needs, risk profiles, and financial goals. Regularly review clients’ policies and recommend adjustments as necessary. Business Development: Identify new business prospects through networking, referrals, and market research. Expand the client base by acquiring new clients. Develop and execute strategies to unlock growth potential. Value Proposition Creation: Collaborate with insurance providers to create a compelling value proposition.
