Responsibilities:
Assessing business needs, analyzing processes, and recommending data-driven solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Required qualification:
Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a relatedΒ Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β
Required experience:
3+ years of experience in business analysis or a related role
Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA, or equivalent) (advantageous)
Basic understanding of Synapse(advantageous)
Functional and technical support experience on ERP systems, preferably in a Dynamics365 F&O, or similar and CRM systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SQL, DevOps and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Knowledge and understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies are essential
Familiarity with project management principles
