Our client, luxury retailer brand is seeking anΒ Inhouse Recruiter/Administrator to join their young and innovative team in Cape Town.
Responsibilities:
Retail Store and Head office recruitment (full function)
Deal with agencies when required
Telephonic/online screening of CVβs plus first stage interviews
Keep track of HR systems/platforms
Arrange interviews, onboarding of new candidates
Required qualification:
Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
Required experience:
2+ years of experience in an Inhouse Recruiter/Administrator role within a luxury retail brand
