Project Management Learnership - Specialisation in HR  Johannesburg

ROLE SUMMARY

We are looking for dynamic and client orientated HR Interns and Junior HR Administrators who would like to gain exposure within the HR environment.

A Learnership is a structured learning programme for gaining knowledge and practical skills in the workplace leading to a qualification, registered on the National Qualification Framework. The purpose of the qualification is to provide learners with a foundation of basic project management knowledge and skills, to be an effective project team member, provide administrative support to a project manager and team members and have competence to plan, execute and control small, simple projects, or to specialise in technical areas to support project management processes.

The duration of the Learnership is twelve months.

STIPEND: R5 500.00 per month

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Matric/Grade12 with Mathematics/Mathematical Literacy 
  • Certification / Relevant Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology

EXPERIENCE

  • Any relevant practical experience will be advantageous
  • HR Administration experience within an HR Department will be advantageous
  • Project Management experience within an HR Department will be advantageous

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

  • Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to communicate clearly in English (verbal and written communication)
  • Telephone Etiquette
  • Email Etiquette
  • Interest in the field of Human Resources (HR) and/or Industrial Psychology
