Banking Learnership

Role Purpose: 

• Our client in the banking industry has a requirement to build up their sales capability and we are recruiting learners with the aim of developing them as Junior Sales Consultants for roles across the bank nationally.

Required Qualifications: 

• Degree, National Diploma or Advanced Diploma from a recognised University, University of Technology or FAIS recognised institution, or a Professional Designation.

Required Experience: 

• This is an opportunity for qualified, but unemployed youth.

Other requirements: 

• Must be a South African citizen.
• Must be between 21 and 34 years of age.
• Must be currently unemployed.
• Must have completed your studies and in possession of your degree or diploma.
