The ideal candidate would be responsible for:

• Supporting the MIS and NPD teams in completing a Master Data Clean-up initiative.
• Verify alignment of master data between the ERP system and approved specifications.
• Assist in the deployment of the Product Lifecycle Management project.
• Maintain an updated repository of approved product specifications.
• Review and standardise shared master data across various business units.
• Assist in capturing new Master Data into the ERP.
• Any other items that might be required.

The successful candidate must meet the following requirements:

• Experience in a financial systems environment and in data management.
• Previous financial or Master Data experience.
• Advanced knowledge in the use of financial software applications and spreadsheets.
• Experience in the Poultry Industry or FMCG will be advantageous.
• Must be able to work well with members outside of their own team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, as well as problem-solving and planning skills are required.
• The individual should be available when required after hours.
