Financial Manager | Fortitude Development Group
At Fortitude, we are building something that goes beyond projects and profit.
We are building a business defined by standards, by care, and by a refusal to accept “good enough.” We serve with heart and strength. The energy at Fortitude is not cheerfulness and it is not corporate enthusiasm. It is closer to wonder - a genuine, bone-deep belief that the work matters, that the industry can be better, and that being part of building something real is a privilege. It is a place where the small things matter, where ownership is real and where the work is done properly - every time.
As we grow, we are looking for a Financial Manager to step into a role where finance is not just reporting - but a key driver of clarity, direction and confident decision-making across the Group.
Who We Are
Fortitude exists to make the ordinary exceptional - so that people, projects and places reach their full potential.
This is not a slogan. It is a standard.
We believe:
- Excellence is non-negotiable
- The small things carry weight
- Work is service, responsibility and pride
- Standards hold - especially under pressure
This is not just a business - it is a way of being.

- Strengthen financial controls, systems and reporting processes
- Support strategic decisions including growth, hiring and cost planning
Who You Are
- Your personal values align with Fortitude’s guiding principles of delivering quality work every time, taking ownership (the small things are the big things), having grit – to make things happen, serving with heart and strength, and absolutely loving what we do.
- You think critically and bring clarity, not just information
- You are resilient and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
- You are proactive and comercially aware
- You are detail orientated, structured and take pride in your work

Closing
We are here to honour the standard. To challenge what has become acceptable. To build in a way that strengthens not just projects, but the people and the industry around them. To take the ordinary and make it exceptional so that people, projects and places reach their full potential.
