The programme is offered in the fields of Debt Collections and Customer Services. Participants will receive a Further Education and Training Certificate in Debt Recovery (NQF 4) upon completion. What We Offer Comprehensive Training: Both theoretical and practical training in debt collection and customer services. Mentorship: Guidance from industry experts. Work Experience: Hands-on experience at Nutun. Certification: A nationally recognized qualification upon successful completion Qualifications and Experience Grade 12 (Matric) with a pass in Core Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy. A pass rate of 50% for 1st Language English is also essential. 6-12 months of client-facing or call center experience. Must be a South African Citizen between the ages of 18 and 35, and currently unemployed without commitment to another learnership or formal studies. Skills and Attributes Good written and verbal communication with a neutral accent. Must be computer literate (MS Word, Excel, email, typing skills of 35 wpm with 90% accuracy, and systems navigation). Passionate and willing to learn.
