Pupkewitz Catering is looking to appoint a results-driven Sales Consultant to join our Sales team in Windhoek. The successful candidate will be responsible for proactively marketing and selling the company’s product range, building strong customer relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service to drive sustainable sales growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow revenue from existing customer accounts through strong relationship management.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
• Source, review, and manage tenders and special project opportunities, including pricing and negotiations.
• Provide accurate product advice and solutions to customers.
• Support sales promotions, marketing initiatives, and market intelligence gathering.
• Maintain accurate customer records, call plans, and sales reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams including Procurement, Finance, and Operations.
• Participate in stock takes and adhere to health, safety, and company procedures.

Minimum Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Sales or Marketing.
• Minimum of 3 years’ supervisory experience in a retail or sales environment.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong computer literacy in relevant business systems.
• Code B Namibian driver’s licence and willingness to travel long distances.
• Proven ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage multiple priorities.
