Pupkewitz Catering is seeking to appoint a Sales Admin Assistant to provide essential administrative and coordination support to the Sales team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring accurate sales administration, efficient tender coordination, customer record management, and seamless internal support to enable effective sales execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to Sales Consultants and the Sales Manager.
- Prepare, capture, and maintain accurate sales documentation, customer records, and call plans.
- Assist with tender administration, including documentation collation, coordination, and record keeping.
- Support pricing updates, promotions, and product-related documentation.
- Liaise with internal departments such as Finance, Procurement, and Operations to facilitate order processing, invoicing, and returns.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales trackers.
- Assist with monthly reporting, forecasts, and ad-hoc sales reports.
- Support stock-related administration, including stock takes and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, policies, and health and safety standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric); a tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing will be an advantage.
- Minimum 2β3 yearsβ experience in a sales administration, commercial, or office support role.
- Strong computer literacy, particularly in MS Excel, Word, and relevant business systems.
- Excellent administrative, organisational, and time-management skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
