C1 Driver - Luderitz Luderitz

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and self-motivated Truck Driver to handle daily vehicle maintenance, load and deliver materials to customers, and ensure compliance with all safety and transport regulations. The ideal candidate is skilled in time management, communication, and basic truck mechanics, and is committed to excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily truck maintenance.
Loading of materials for customers.
Deliver materials to customers.
Strictly adhere to all Health & Safety, Road Traffic and Transport Regulations.
Maintain a good company image with emphasis on Customer Satisfaction through Service Excellence.

Educational Background and Experience:

Must have completed Grade 11 (New Curriculum) or Grade 12 (NSSC-O) with 22 marks.
2 years’ experience in a Picking/Despatch position in the Building or Retail industry
Computer literate – knowledge of the ‘’Kerridge’’ computer system will be an added advantage
Must be willing to work retail hours

We are looking someone with:

Excellent driving and time management skills.
Good communicator and interpersonal sound skills.
Not afraid to get their hands dirty.
A self-motivated individual, who is very observant with ethical standards.
Someone with knowledge of truck mechanics.
