Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Clerk to join our HR team in Windhoek. The ideal candidate will provide vital administrative support in uniform ordering, staff account processing, and HR systems maintenance, while ensuring data accuracy and efficiency across all processes.

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Coordinate uniform orders, deliveries, and monthly reconciliation across branches.
  • Administer staff accounts, including salary advances, microloans, and AODs.
  • Maintain and update employee profiles on Jarrison, including terminations and access control reporting.
  • Support the long service award process, from sourcing to distribution.
  • Manage the online uniform shop: update products, prices, and staff records.
  • Handle other admin requests such as name tags, business cards, and ad hoc support related to HR Administration.

 Educational Background and Experience:

  • Grade 12; HR or Administration-related diploma is an advantage.
  • 1–2 years’ experience in an HR or administrative role.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and comfortable working with HR systems (e.g., Jarrison).
  • Solid understanding of uniform stock control, employee records, and staff account processes.
  • Able to communicate effectively and manage multiple priorities.
