Cut List Processor- Megaboards Windhoek

Job Summary:

Join our team as a Cutting List Processor, where you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy of cutting lists for confirmed orders, assisting customers with product-related queries, optimizing cutting lists using specialized software, and contributing to exceptional customer service while maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

· Responsible for ensuring that cutting lists for all confirmed orders are accurate and correctly processed.
· Assist customers professionally with guidance and support where discrepancies occur on cutting lists.
· Capture all information contained on cutting lists into the cutting list optimization program.
· Ensure customer satisfaction through service excellence at all times.
· Strictly adhere to all Health and Safety regulations and company procedures.
· Work closely with colleagues to ensure efficient workflow and operational excellence.

Educational Background and Experience:

Minimum Grade 11 (New Curriculum) or Grade 12(NSSC-O) with 22 marks.
Minimum 1 year experience in a joinery industry or a similar position.
Knowledge of relevant cut list programs will be an added advantage.
Must be fluent in English.
