Job Summary:

Join our MegaBuild Walvis Bay Branch as a Clerk: Goods Return/ Help Desk, where you will Handle the administration of all goods returned from Customers and provide excellent customer service at the Help Desk.

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Receive, process and finalize administration of all goods returned from customers.
  • Inspect returned stock to ensure it is not damaged or incomplete and still in its original packaging.
  • Generate tax credit notes.
  • Assist with telephone and all Helpdesk functions.

 Educational Background and Experience:

  • Must have completed Grade 11 (New Curriculum) or Grade 12 (NSSC-O) with 22 marks.
  • Minimum 2 years’ Goods Returning experience in the Building or Retail industry.
  • Must be a fluent communicator in English.
  • Computer literate – knowledge of the “Kerridge” computer system will be an added advantage.

  • Must be service oriented, with a high level of integrity.
  • Ability to handle high work pressure.
  • Good product knowledge and customer relations skills.
