Field Sales Representative- NamAuto, Windhoek  Windhoek

1. Main Function of the Role

The Field Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales and ensuring excellent customer care from lead generation through to closing deals. The role focuses on acquiring new dealerships, retaining existing clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction by implementing the agreed sales strategy/plan. The incumbent also manages debt collection follow-ups and provides ongoing training and support to dealerships.

2. Key Performance Areas

Sales and Retention

  • Generate leads and referrals through special sales activities.

  • Present and sell company products and services to new and existing clients.

  • Achieve sales and retention targets while growing the customer pipeline.

  • Conduct training sessions for new and existing dealerships on NamAuto’s site and Dealer Dash.

  • Monitor dealership vehicle listings to ensure accuracy and timely updates.

  • Attend and contribute to weekly sales and customer care meetings.

Administration

  • Maintain accurate sales and prospecting records.

  • Obtain and process signed agreements and client documentation.

  • Compile and submit weekly and monthly reports.

  • Support debtors with collection of outstanding subscription fees.

  • Ensure dealer information is accurate and up to date on NamAuto’s backend.

  • Provide written feedback to dealerships after service calls.

  • Conduct monthly vehicle checks and ensure online listings reflect accurately.

  • Oversee lead management and ensure dealers utilize digital tools effectively

3. Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum Qualification: Grade 11/12.

  • Preferred Qualification: Sales/Customer Care diploma or related qualification (advantageous).

  • Experience:

    • 2–4 years of Sales/Customer Care experience in a B2B environment.

    • 1 year of digital Sales/Customer Care experience (preferred).

  • Industry Knowledge: Motor industry and related markets.
