What You’ll Be Doing
• Be the goto BYD expert for electric vehicles and smart tech
• Explain EV features like range, charging, safety systems & connectivity in a simple, exciting way
• Create memorable vehicle demos and testdrive experiences
• Help customers set up their cars, infotainment systems & apps after delivery
• Support the sales team with nextlevel product knowledge
• Stay ahead of the curve on EV innovation & future mobility trends

• Curious, confident, and love learning new technology
• Enjoy speaking to people and explaining things clearly
• Passionate about innovation, sustainability, and smart solutions
• Comfortable with digital tools, apps, and tech features
• Delivering an exceptional customer experience
What You’ll Need
• Grade 12
• Valid driver’s licence
• Strong communication skills
• Professional attitude with a modern, customerfirst mindset
• Willingness to learn — EV experience helpful but not required (we train you!)
