1. Main Functions

  • Sales Execution: Implement sales and marketing strategies to meet and exceed set sales targets.
  • Customer Service: Build and maintain effective relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them towards suitable products/services.
  • Showroom Management: Ensure the showroom meets required standards, including vehicle display, cleanliness, and neatness.
  • Client Relations: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Sales Administration: Handle sales documentation and reporting accurately and efficiently.

2. Key Performance Areas

  • Achieving Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support, leading to repeat business and referrals.
  • Showroom Standards: Maintain a clean, organized, and appealing showroom environment that attracts and retains customers.
  • Effective Communication: Demonstrate professional communication skills with a diverse customer base in a confident and pleasant manner.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and nurture long-lasting relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.

3. Experience

  • Educational Requirements: Grade 12 or equivalent.
  • Work Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Licenses: Valid driver’s license.
  • Citizenship: Namibian Citizenship is required.
