1. Main Function of the Role

To ensure all parts are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for dispatching according to serial numbers. This role is essential in maintaining efficient stock control and contributing to the overall operational success of Pupkewitz Motors.

 

2. Key Performance Areas

• Picking, packing, and checking parts to ensure accuracy.
• Receiving and dispatching parts in line with operational standards.
• Maintaining and controlling storage bins for effective stock organization.
• Conducting daily perpetual stock checks.
• Ensuring cleanliness and organization through overall housekeeping tasks.
• Supporting customer service by meeting delivery expectations.

 

3. Qualifications and Experience

• Grade 12 qualification.
• Namibian citizenship.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Fluency in English and Afrikaans (a third language is an added advantage).
• Computer literacy for managing inventory and processing orders.
• Previous experience in parts handling is advantageous but not required.
