Main Function of the Role
The Finance & Insurance Consultant is responsible for providing customers with competitive vehicle financing, insurance, and value-added products to enhance their purchasing experience. The role involves optimizing dealer incentives from banks, ensuring targets are met, processing accurate and timely applications, and building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. The consultant plays a pivotal role in the financial and administrative aspects of vehicle sales, contributing to customer satisfaction and business success.
Key Responsibilities
•Offering competitive vehicle financing, insurance and value- added products to customers
•Optimizing DIC’s received from banks to ensure targets are met
•Processing applications accurately and securing approvals for deals
•Build relationships with sales staff to ensure all new sales are referred to Finance & Insurance Consultants
•Maintain good working relationships with banks and insurance companies
Minimum Requirements
•Grade 12
•Namibian Citizenship
•Valid Drivers License will be an added advantage
•Fluent in English– 2nd language will be an added advantage
•Min. 2 years relevant experience in sales and administration, preferably in the financial or motor industry
•Adequate computer literacy, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
•Knowledge of V10 & Autoline will be an added advantage
