1. Main Functions

Sales and Marketing Execution

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed set sales targets.
  • Execute marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

Β Customer Service

  • Provide exceptional customer service by building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Understand customer needs and guide them towards suitable products/services.
  • Communicate professionally with a diverse customer base in a confident, pleasant manner.

Showroom Management

  • Ensure the showroom meets required standards, including vehicle display, cleanliness, and neatness.

  • Execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve set targets.

Β Customer Relations

  • Provide customer service by building effective client relationships.

  • Ensure showroom meets the required standards in terms of vehicle display, cleanliness, and neatness.

3. Experience

Β Educational Requirement

  • Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.

Β Professional Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales.

Β Citizenship

  • Namibian Citizenship.

Β Driving License

  • Valid driver’s license.

4. Skills

Β Customer Service

  • Passionate about great customer service and maintaining an organized working environment.

Β Communication

  • Professional communication skills with a diverse customer base in a confident, pleasant manner.

Β Appearance and Enthusiasm
